Sourcing and communicating with suppliers on your behalf for elements of the Sparks Report.**
We call this the Sparks as it is literally where all the sparks start to fly!
We take what we have gathered from The Catalyst and use it as the base for our exploratory stage. Using Pinterest as our main route of communication, we can all share our thoughts, ideas and links while commenting and making sure that we are staying on the same wavelength.
After a period of time (varies but usually around 3 months) we can sit back and clearly start to see common trends/ materials/ colours/ patterns/ themes/ concepts arise. It is our job to hone in on these, helping the Pinterest board to start to take shape and be refined into a clear and consistent board.
Once we feel that we have reached a point where this has been done, we then create you your Bellaboo Sparks Report. This is a multi-page pdf, often around 8 pages+, that encapsulates all of the ground we have covered in The Sparks. We look at all and any visual aspects of the day, usually including but not limited to: Flowers, Cake, Table designs & Centrepieces, Table & Venue stationery (table names, plan, menus etc), main furniture, & linen, lighting, backdrops & cameo pieces, general dressing (ie: lanterns, pompoms, bunting, tassels etc), Favours, stationery, etc.
We rule out the ideas you didn’t like, concentrate on the ones you do and offer suggestions on concepts, suppliers and execution of those key ideas.
If you are then going on to use us for The Creation then we sit down and decide which Sparks we want to go ahead with. We then share your Sparks Report with all of your 'visual' suppliers (ie: cake makers, florists etc) so that they can use it as a blueprint so that we are singing from the same hymn sheet and can achieve a cohesive look overall.
