Setting, Dressing & Coordinating
To liase on your behalf with the venue and it's staff to ensure that elements of the styling will be possible.ie: hanging decorations, electric points, access, security etc.
Meeting with you 2 weeks prior to the wedding and taking anything off your hands that you wish us to take care of setting up and running through last minute instructions.
Being at the venue at set-up access time with all the equipment and team as required to set up every little thing.
Sharing a styling floor plan with all suppliers to ensure that everyone knows where and how to position themselves at the venue.
* If you have a unstaffed venue (ie: a village hall) then we are happy to be key-holders on your behalf. We can hold the key and return to the venue as required in order to allow other suppliers to deliver items and set up. Leaving you to relax.
So, the big day is here! We love nothing more than being there to make sure that everything we have worked on together is exactly where and how it is meant to be.
We arrive at the venue when required and work with you, with your venue staff or even alone, to make sure that your venue and all of the elements are perfect, saving you to worry about just looking your best for the big day ahead.
Most often, 2 of us is adequate but we can have a team of as many people required if the set up operation is of a grander scale.
