Meeting with other 'visual' suppliers with you to ensure consistency and understanding.
This is where it all really comes to life. We take your Sparks Report and use it as a blueprint to lead the way in styling your day.
All and any elements, ideas, designs, products that you have highlighted from The Sparks will begin to be sourced, hand-picked or made. We liase with any other ‘visual element’ suppliers (eg: florists, photographers, cake makers) and share your report with them to ensure that the style throughout is consistent. We have heaps of great contacts and experience within the wedding and event industry and this means that we can get things done smoother and often quicker and sometimes even with discounts!
We get creative and make any bespoke pieces*** that have been agreed and source anything that is required from external suppliers.
Once we are on a roll with all the visual aspects we will return to the venue to make sure that measurements and access required are known and draw up a Floor Plan. This outlines where everything is to be set up on the day**** as well as the position of any other suppliers ie: bar, dj etc. This is passed onto other suppliers as it is great for dry venues like village halls where there are no resident members of staff on site to direct them on arrival.
*Within a 15 mile radius. Outside of this, a mileage and expenses charge will apply
** We are stylists, not planners and therefore we are not responsible for financial agreements and the quoting process. However, we will assist with external quotes where relevant.
***A materials expenses budget for bespoke items will be determined and receipts will be provided. This is usually £150 but can vary.
****If we are not involved with The Main Event then we will meet with you a few weeks before the wedding to ensure that you have everything you need to set up on the day.
