The Main Event
Charlotte and Danny came to me about a year before their big day. Charlotte is a bit like me in that she had the production of her day all mapped out in her head. She had plans for quirky and creative elements, including embellished skulls that she made from plaster of paris, tons of hand-carved pumpkins, some sprayed silver, black and even glittered....the attention to detail carried out by the bride is something that we could relate to so much that if she ever wants to come and work for us she's more than welcome!
There were even hundreds of tiny hand-cut black card bats which were positioned inbetween the prongs of the forks, the theme of Halloween was continued throughout the styling but in a really classy and contemporary fashion. With a treat or treat candy bar and the wedding cake even being cut with an axe it was such a fun, stylish wedding for this uber-cool couple.
We loved working with these guys to make sure that everything that they had made and prepared went perfectly to plan and was exactly where it was meant to be. As well as supplying some of our own props, from festoon lighting to trunks, old books and much more, we meticulously laid out the tables, decorated the 3 areas at the venue that they were using and then cleared it all down the following day. Charlotte could relax knowing that we had everything taken care of and she could just focus on looking lovely on the day.
